Why I chose homeopathy
After many years working in a demanding professional career - part of what I came to think of as the 'rat race' - I reached a turning point. I wanted to give something meaningful back.
Growing up, homeopathy was always part of our family life. I saw its gentleness first-hand - the way it treated the person, not the condition. The way it listened. That stayed with me.
When I decided to train formally, I knew I wanted to create a practice that reflected everything I had come to believe about healthcare: accessible, unhurried, compassionate, and rooted in nature.
Digital Homeopath is that practice. Fully online, available to anyone with a phone or laptop, and built entirely around you - not a waiting room.
I remain deeply grateful to my families and close friends who inspired me to follow this path. My mother, a highly respected Homeopath with over 45 years of experience, has treated countless patients and amassed a wealth of knowledge. This legacy has profoundly shaped my approach, enabling me to continue a tradition of compassionate and effective care. She continues to be a guiding presence, generously sharing her knowledge and standing by me throughout my training and practice.

Homeopathy is a gentle, individualised system of medicine based on the principle that 'like cures like' - a substance that causes symptoms in a healthy person can, in very diluted form, support healing of similar symptoms. It treats the whole person: physical, emotional and mental. Remedies are derived from natural substances including plants, minerals and other sources, prepared through a process called potentisation.
How does an online consultation work?

Consultations take place via secure video call (Zoom or a similar platform). Before your first appointment, you will complete a short intake form. The initial consultation lasts 60 minutes and covers your health history, current concerns, and general wellbeing. Within 24 hours, you will receive written notes and your remedy prescription by email. You then order your remedy directly from a trusted supplier worldwide - options include Helios and Ainsworths (UK), Remedia (Europe), Hahnemann Labs (USA), and Owen Homoeopathics (Australia). See the

Homeopathic remedies are highly diluted and are generally considered safe for most people, including children, pregnant women and the elderly. They do not interfere with conventional medications. ⚕️ Homeopathy is a complementary therapy — it works alongside, not instead of, conventional medical care. Always consult your GP for any urgent or emergency health concern.
How many sessions will I need?

This varies depending on your individual situation, the nature of your concern, and how your body responds to treatment. Acute presentations may resolve after one or two sessions. Chronic or longstanding conditions typically benefit from a series of follow-ups over several months. After your initial consultation, we will discuss a realistic plan together - tailored to you, not a template.
What is the principle of 'like cures like'?

Developed by Samuel Hahnemann in the late 18th century, this principle (Similia Similibus Curentur) means that a substance producing symptoms in a healthy person can be used to treat similar symptoms in someone unwell. For example, Allium cepa - made from raw onion - is used in homeopathy for hay fever symptoms like watery eyes and runny nose, because raw onion causes exactly those symptoms in a healthy person. The remedy acts as a gentle stimulus to the body's own healing response.
How is my data protected?

What are your clinic hours?

Clinic hours are Monday to Thursday 6-7pm, and Saturday 10am-12pm - designed specifically for people who work during the day. Outside these hours, an auto-reply will acknowledge your message and confirm when you can expect a response. For urgent medical concerns, please contact your GP or call 111.
Can I claim homeopathy on my private health insurance?

If your private health insurance policy includes cover for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM), homeopathy may be included in your plan. Insurers such as AXA Health, Vitality, Aviva and Bupa offer CAM cover on certain policies, though the specifics vary. It is always worth calling your insurer to ask directly whether homeopathy is covered under your plan. A professional invoice will be provided after every consultation, which you can submit to your insurer to support any reimbursement claim you wish to make.
